Restocks
There is no set timeline on when I restock the shop. I am a one man operation and do all this in my spare time so please be patient. If you would like real time updates regarding new inventory and restock dates please do not DM me as I will most likely not see or get back to you regarding those type of questions. I would suggest joining my Discord, or joining the Email list found at the bottom of the page. I DO NOT do pre-orders and will NOT sell an item to you that is not in stock (even if you offer to pay double the regular price) so please do not ask.
Shipping
DOMESTIC - All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority and usually take 2-3 days to be delivered after the order is fulfilled. I do try my best to get most orders out next business day.
- Please double check your address before placing an order, sometimes the auto
saved address on your preferred payment option may be incorrect and I can't always go back in and adjust it manually because I might not see your message in time before printing the label and sending it out.
INTERNATIONAL - I do ship to the rest of the world via GLOBAL POST.
- When you place an order outside of the United States your package is sent to the Global Post distribution center via USPS Priority which takes 2-3 days for it to get there. Your initial tracking number sent via email confirmation will not show updates until the package has arrived at the Global Post facility. So please do not reach out if you order shows no movement for the first couple days. All international orders are not guaranteed delivery due to Customs and the fact I have no control what happens to packages once they leave the US. All taxes and duties will be paid by me for MOST international orders depending if your local carrier allows DDP. International orders start from $30 shipping and up depending on where you are located.
Returns
All sales are final due to the high demand of products. Please double check your cart and verify the correct quantity and items are selected at check out to avoid a headache for both of us. If you think an item is DOA please reach out via the conformation email that was sent at the time of purchase. Do not DM me as I most likely will not see or get back to the question. If you need assistance trouble shooting an issue you are having, Discord is the best place to ask a question as many of the members will have an answer and or be able to assist faster than me getting to a DM.
