Restocks & Availability:
There is no fixed timeline for restocks. AWOK Dynamics operates in limited production runs, and restock schedules vary.
For real-time updates on new inventory and upcoming restocks, please use one of the following options:

Direct messages regarding restock timing are not monitored.

Please note: we do not offer pre-orders and do not sell items that are not currently in stock.

Shipping Information

 

Domestic (U.S.)

All domestic orders ship via USPS Priority Mail and are typically delivered within 2–3 business days after the order is fulfilled. Most orders ship the next business day when possible.

 

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Saved addresses from payment providers may be incorrect, and once a shipping label is created, we may not be able to make changes in time before the package is sent.

 

International

International orders ship via FedEx to most supported countries. Delivery is not guaranteed, as customs processing and international transit are outside our control once the package leaves the United States.

 

All taxes, duties, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping rates vary by destination. A valid email address and phone number are required in case FedEx needs to contact you during delivery.

 

If an international package is undeliverable due to FedEx not being able to validate an address or the receiving party refusing to pay import fees, a refund will NOT be issued for the order, and the package will be abandoned by FedEx. FedEx will NOT be returning the abandoned shipments to AWOK Dynamics. MAKE SURE ALL YOUR SHIPPING INFORMATION IS 100% CORRECT TO AVOID LOOSING YOUR PACKAGE!!

 

If your country does not appear at checkout, we are unable to ship there.

Returns & DOA Policy

Due to high demand and limited production runs, all sales are final. Please double-check your cart to confirm the correct items and quantities before completing checkout.

If you believe an item arrived dead on arrival (DOA), please contact us by replying to the order confirmation email you received at the time of purchase.

For troubleshooting or general product questions, our Discord community is the fastest and best way to get help — many members can assist quickly, often faster than email.

SD card not initializing:

• Ensure the SD Card 32GB or less. (AWOK 16, 32, and 64GB cards will work and are pre-formatted)
• Ensure the SD card is formatted in Fat32, not Exfat.
• Ensure you have power cycled the device after inserting SD, the SD card is not hot swappable.
• SanDisk Sd cards are known reliable to function with AWOK hardware.
• SD Card initializing but nothing is being saved
• Power on your Dual Touch / Dual Mini > Device > Settings > Ensure SavePCAP is highlighted.

Dual Touch Phantom Inputs:

• Confirm rear screws are not overtightened, loosen them gently whilst testing touchscreen.
• You can confirm they're tight enough when there is no play / horizontal wiggle in the GPIO Pins.

Occasionally there are minor case imperfections which can slip through assembly, these can be filed / cut off gently. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY NOT TO DAMAGE YOUR DEVICE!!!!

Trouble flashing Dual Touch / Dual Mini:

There are numerous ways of flashing the boards, the preferred is a web flasher.
You may need to install a Silicon Labs driver in order for the ESP32 to be recognised
Make sure you flash the correct firmware to the correct port… these are both labelled on the board and as follows:
○ Orange Port - Flipper
○ White Port - Screen
Known reliable web flasher:
○ FZEE Flasher - FZEE Wiki
○ ESP Terminator - Flashing Tutorials: Dual Mini, Dual Touch, ESP32v5
Please read their respective wiki / guide before attempting to flash…

Trouble getting Dual Touch / Dual Mini into boot mode:

• Sometimes the boot buttons may be tough to press, it can make things easier to remove the case and press the buttons on the board, they are labelled respectively.

Which battery should I buy for my battery backpack?

Max Dimensions:
○ Dual Touch - 75mm x 45mm x 10mm
○ Dual Mini - 65mm x 35mm x 10mm
Without Jumper Cable - Any 3.7v 1c LiPo battery of your choice.
With Jumper Cable - Any PH1.25 LiPo battery of your choice.

Installing GPS Antenna:Video Tutorial

1. Unscrew screws and open case (2.5 Hex Bit, they’re often pretty tight AWOK is super strong apparently)
2. Use plastic spudger to pop off Existing IPEX on Ceramic Antenna
3. Replace with IPEX -> SMA
4. Install SMA in case
5. Close case and revel in your genius
